If players have removed The Lost City waypoint, they can access it from townand seek out the randomly generated path that leads to The Valley of Snakes D2R ladder items. Once inside the valley, search for an area called the Claw Viper Temple, which is home to statues depicting snake-like monsters on the inside of the entrance. The entire process of searching for the temple can be a little annoying which is why having a better map is one of the top fixes Diablo 2: Resurrected needs.
Finishing The Quest.When the Claw Viper Temple has been found, the players need to do two things: destroy the Serpent Altar and find the Horadric Amulet. In the event of destroying the altar, they will receive the amulet for all players who are in the party. The altar is located on Level 2 of Claw Viper Temple and is protected by Fangskin.
Kill the enemies, tear down the altar, then collect the amulet. After that, head back to town to create the Horadric Staff. Or, store the amulet at the Stash till the Staff is located. Once all three pieces are been found, place the shaft and the amulet into the Horadric Cube and press transmute. This is one of many practical Horadric Cube recipes to remember. The players can now go up to Tal Rasha's Tomb in Diablo 2: Resurrected to complete Act 2.
