The position of running back is awash with talent consequently

If you're a committed lover of the Madden franchise, you will appreciate Madden 23.

The position of running back is awash with talent consequently, the next two players are essentially identical in the rankings. I've got Nick Chubb as the third-best running back in Madden 23 (although it's understandable if you believe that someone  Madden 23 coins  like Dalvin Cook or Christian McCaffrey belongs here). Chubb made his debut in the fall of 2018 and has been an impressive force to be reckoned with. He's among the most frequent rushers in football and has topped the 1.000-yard mark over three times in the 4 seasons that he's been in the starting lineup.

The last time he was on the field, he took part in 14 games, and rushed for 1.259 yards and 8 touchdowns. In the year prior He racked up 1.067 yards and scored 12 touchdowns. The best year he had was perhaps in 2019 (1.495 yards, eight touchdowns). However, it's not necessary to look too much at stats with Chubb since he's had to take on a highly talented backfield that includes players like Kareem Hunt and D'Ernest Jackson. To get a sense for his production one must look at yards per carry.

The 2021 season saw Chubb rushed for 5.5 yards per carry. This was the similar to Jonathan Taylor, although on 100 fewer runs. He still had the second-highest yard per carry standard when considering running backs that had over 200 attempts. Therefore, while Chubb may not be able to get as many attempts as the top class of running backs but Chubb is just as effective as them when given the opportunity. It's also important to note that he's turning out these types of numbers without even having a passing game.

As I mentioned, Nick Chubb and Dalvin Cook are both extremely close in terms of talent and production. This is why I'm confident that they'll both be entering Madden 23 evenly rated. There's no doubt that Cook is as gifted as it gets, but the biggest concern is his health. He's never been able to play the entire season. But again, EA doesn't really penalize players with injuries in terms of ratings.

If he's healthy, Dalvin Cook has  proven to be one of the most effective. He's averaged over 4.5 yards per carry every year during his playing career. And even though he played in only 13 games last year the runner still ran 249 times totalling 1.159 yards with 6 touchdowns. In 2020. he appeared in 14 games, but ran 312 times, gaining 1.557 yards with 16 touchdowns. In other words, he's throwing higher numbers than many running backs despite not playing games.

Did you recall that yards per carry stat? In 2021. he recorded an average of 4.7 yards per carry , which when you factor in more than 200 runs, puts him ahead of only Nick Chubb and Jonathan Taylor. Dalvin Cook's rating did not change significantly throughout the course of last season. The player received a slight bump to a 96 overall score but he ended the year with a 96 overall score in Madden 22. I would guess he starts Madden 23 in the same category, tied with Nick Chubb.

With the new head coach, it will be interesting buy mut coins madden 23  to watch what the Vikings utilize Cook not only in the run game, but the pass game as well. Cook registered 34 receptions last year the number of which could go up depending on the strategy for the game.
