Madden NFL seemed like a crazy move

I'm not dating myself in the past, but back when I was in college , we did have a Madden league, and we imported NCAA Football rosters for new draft classes.

Mike Alstott Story Madden nfl 23 Coins Mike Alstott Story

A slow-moving story in the sense that it's not the only thing that comes to mind when I come across the name Mike Alstott after he crushed human bodies and souls. When I was in college with my roommates, we were part of a 10 man Madden franchise. Every player was permitted to make only one trade during the season because we didn't want all teams to essentially become fantasy rosters. Most people would trade for an ace receiver, quarterback as well as a middle linebacker. Well, my one buddy utilized his trade to acquire an offensive fullback, Michael Joseph Alstott. While everyone loved Alstott because of reasons that are easily recognized in that short video the idea of making one trade on a short-yardage back in Madden seemed like a crazy move since you could just go through Free Agents by Break Tackle and get a pretty decent choice without the need for your single trade.

Because we had to keep the league moving, if you didn't play your game in the span of a few days, you'd be an simulated. The only rule was that injuries were ruled out since we're living in a society and everybody is. In reality, the Alstott owner held the team up due to all day of classes. The other owners were eager to be ready for the game, as college students are not the most patient group. The Alstott owner entered the house a few hours later, after a couple of games were played and the season was saved. He inquired about whether he had won but was told the game was lost. He said "Well at most you've gotten injuries off did you not?". The kid's face who struck Simulate said to everyone that the answer was clearly "No I'm sorry, I'm forgetting". We visited the Injury Report page for the Franchise and what we found was:

Mike Alstott (Herniated Disc) In For Career

There's no reason to miss the first week of the year. But out for a full-time career. Game Over. Through a simulation. However, the most brutal thing I've ever seen in Madden is because it was so easily avoidable that it makes it even more shocking because we still bang in the Alstott owner's balls because of his soul torn clean of his body by an video game, even to today. So thank you Mike Alstott for not only making memories of a lifetime on the field of football but also on the operating table for the video game.

A Tale Of Horse Moose Tale Of Horse Moo

I'm not dating myself in the past, but back when I was in college , we did have a Madden league, and we imported NCAA Football rosters for new draft classes. The roommate I shared with was from the Texans and was selected RB 34 out of Oregon State AKA Steven Jackson. When the time came to change his name by the name Steven Jackson, he instead chose to rename him to Horse Moo since that's what his queef voice sounded like. Yes, I understand how ridiculous that sounds however in college, it's not like you're batting an eyelid when one of your classmates does something dumb. Every time Horse Moo faced our teammate who was in the Colts (which was a lot because they were playing located in the same division and we banged out a full Madden season every two weeks or so , despite 10 idiots playing in it), he ran for about 1 billion yards. And the Colts player would scream "FUCK YOU HORSE MOOOOOOO! !" as the Texans player would shout "HORSE MOOOOOOOOO !!!! !" at the top of their lungs. When they hear Steven Jackson, I think of him being called HorseMoo in Madden after a ridiculous description of the sound that a queef produces. I also think of how he was a former All-Pro running back and take a look at this hilarious incident regarding Jackson refusing to submit to an x-ray. The story could have brought the bronze Buy Madden 23 Coins medal home, but it's a strong bronze in my eyes.
