There's not a ton of crafting to do within Lost Ark. But that doesn't mean finding ingredients for Lost Ark Gold cooking aren't necessary. There are some meals you can create to improve your performance. However, the majority of ingredients are utilized to help create an Adventurer's Tome for each continent.
The Arthetine ingredients for cooking recipes are an eclectic mix. Thankfully none of them are excessively expensive or require lots of luck to collect all of the pieces you need. You'll have to make your way through two dungeons, locate the mysterious Wandering Merchant, and buy crystals through a complicated menu that is easy to go wrong. Bergstrom's Miracle
It is necessary to access the Dr. Bergstrom's Lab and the dungeons in Totrich before you can finish this recipe. Once inside (on either difficulty level) there's a huge machine on your left with several test tubes attached. On the side facing south you'll find mokoko seeds. And to the opposite side, is that of Bergstrom's Yellow Potion.

Keep going through the dungeon, following the instructions. It's a loop along the east side that brings you back to your starting pointbefore heading to the northwest. Then, you'll do a similar loop in the north of this dungeon. It will take you through it's Biological Lab and Power Core Room. When you arrive at the Power Core, there's an unnamed room. As you enter it from to the north, you'll be able to see racks along the southeast side with papers on Cheap Lost Ark Gold the top shelf and cogs on the shelf below.
