Dungeoneering Intro

Dungeoneering and Raids are two aspects of the RuneScape experience that are being forced on gamers this week. We're glad to say that we're not bothered because it's enjoyable. Dungeoneering stands out from other techniques because it can only be practiced in one specific area, Daemonheim. To minimize the monotony of such a quirky feature, Daemonheim has 60 floors, with different outward appearance depending on the level ranges.

To enter the area, you'll have to take your ferry ride from Al Kharid or Taverley, or hike across the Wilderness. After talking to the Dungeoneering trainer, you will get the Ring of Kinship, which allows you to be teleported to Daemonheim. It also assists you control party functions. This brings us onto another significant difference in Dungeoneering. It is best to do it in a group because of an increase in Dungeoneering XP.

It is recommended to complete all floors you haven't done during the reset in order to maximize your Prestige stacks. Then, reset it.

The size of the group is also a factor in the Dungeon that you have to face. If you're entering the dungeon with 5 players, the puzzles inside are only able to be solved in a group of five, which means you'll be in trouble in the event that someone leaves unexpectedly. As a preventative measure it is possible to set the dungeon as a four-person affair and go in with 5 players; however, your gains in XP will be lessened, as the dungeons that are set to have more players reward you with more experience.
