Resurrected's server problems over the past couple of weeks seem to be getting worse. The result was a series of instances of downtime in the past week, where the outage in the world occurred, Blizzard say, by an increase in traffic. This was exacerbated by an update that we released earlier in the day in order to improve the performance of games. The two things together increased the load on our database globally and caused it time out. We made the decision to roll back the Friday update that was previously released, hoping that would ease the load on the servers as we approached Sunday, while also allowing us time to study the root of the issue."
