Grinding Gear Games recently updated Path of Exile with version 3.18.0d, which included a number of significant changes to various buy path of exile currency items modifiers. These adjustments were made with the intention of rendering the game's antagonists significantly less frustrating for the vast majority of players.

The level of difficulty required to vanquish monsters has been significantly ramped up in the newly released Sentinel expansion. The developers of the game made the decision to implement some changes, and they started with some modifications to the archenemy. At this point, however, they shifted their attention to Path Of Exile 3.8.0 Announcement Timeline  modifiers that confer immunity to diseases.

As a result othese changes, players will have an easier time defeating particular foes, in particular those that appear in particular endgame content. When used by Flame Strider, this ability will no longer grant immunity to Scorch. It is now possible to mitigate the effects of Scorch by eighty percent using this item.

StormWhen equipped, this item will no longer confer immunity against Lightning Ailments. Herald. Its current effect is to grant a fifty percent reduction in the detrimental effects of lightning ailments.

The amount of life that Unique Monsters can regain from Healing Nova has been lowered to 10% of their total life over the course of a period of 2 seconds as a result of the Rejuvenating effect.
