There are many different endgame configurations available in Diablo 2: Resurrected, and some of those configurations have changed since Ladder Season 2 introduced the Sundering Charms. It is now possible to construct more one-of-a-kind builds, while certain builds have maintained their strength or even improved upon it. The conclusion to the story of the Blizzard, the Frozen Orb, and the BlizzOrb Sorceress can be found here.

Blizzard Build

It is possible to finish the basic Blizzard build at level 76, but the game is not yet over. You need to spend more skill points on the Cold Mastery skill in order to reduce the enemy's cold resistance by up to -195% (this number takes into account the additional all-skill bonuses). Once you have Cold Mastery under your belt, you should put any remaining skill points you have toward either Warmth or Static Field.

It appears that you do not have sufficient skill points to complete this build. The BlizzOrb build focuses primarily on the use of the skills Blizzard and Frozen Orb. Because each of the two skills has its own cooldown, combining them during combat results in significantly increased damage. It is beneficial to master both because they both share the synergy in Ice Bolt, but you won't have enough skill points to do so because the Blizzard build requires so many skill points. You will require the same number of skill points for Cold Mastery as you will for the Blizzard build. The skill points you have left over should be allocated to the Diablo 2 buy items for the Blizzard build.

Equipment

Nightwing's Veil and the Harlequin Crest are woven into the helm.

Death Fathom, Heart of the Oak (KoVexPulThul), and Doom (HelOhmLumLoCham) are the names of the weapon.

Shield: Spirit (TalThulOrtAmn)

Chains of Honor (DolUmBerIst) / Skin of the Vipermagi / Ormus' Robe Gloves: Magefist / Trang-Oul's Claws Armor: Ormus' Robe / Skin of the Vipermagi / Chains of Honor (DolUmBerIst)

Arachnid Mesh and Snowclash are woven into the belt.

War Traveler boots, which are also known as rare resist boots

Amulet: Mara's Kaleidoscope / Magic +3 Cold skill + FCR(+10%) amulet / Crafted FCR(+20%) amulet+2 skill amulet

Swap: Call to Arms (AmnRalMalIstOhm) and Spirit (TalThulOrtAmn) for Stone of Jordan, Bul-Kathos' Wedding Band, and a rare FCR ring. Rings: Stone of Jordan, Bul-Kathos' Wedding Band, and Rare FCR ring.

Freezing weatherBecause sorceresses aim to deal the most damage possible with their spells, they all use the same basic build for their equipment. Since the Cold Mastery skill lowers the cold resistances of enemies, the Sundered Charm: Cold Rupture is an excellent complement to this skill. Even without the aforementioned pieces of equipment, the build is powerful because of Cold Mastery and Cold Rupture; however, setting up the endgame builds can be quite expensive because the supply of items isn't keeping up with the demand.

The bonus to cold skill damage that cold sorceresses provide is their primary distinguishing feature. In light of all of this, the most important pieces of equipment are the Nightwing's Veil and the Death Fathom. Both Death Fathom and Nightwing's Veil increase the damage done by cold skills, but Death Fathom does so by 15-30%, buy Diablo 2 resurrected runes while Nightwing's Veil does so by 8-15%. The use of Ormus' Robe increases the damage done by your cold skills by 10-15% and gives you a +3 bonus to one of your random Sorceress spells. You will receive a significant advantage if you are able to find one that has Blizzard or Frozen Orb. In addition, you should place Rainbow Facet jewels in every available socket. These jewels will increase the damage done by your cold skills and reduce your resistance to cold.

In order to cast their spells, Cold Sorceresses need to reach the critical success rate of 105%. However, Blizzard and Frozen Orb have their own individual cooldown systems and are not affected by the FCR. Teleportation is the primary reason why the FCR should be raised. If you are content with the 9-frame Teleport, you have the freedom to increase the variety of your equipment build because the 63% threshold is an easy one to cross.

When you are configuring your Sorceress, there is one more thing you need to think about, and that is the cold resist. Because Cold Rupture removes 70–90% of a target's cold resistance, you will need to acquire items that have cold resistance. It is for this reason that Trang-Oul's Claws is favored over Magefist. You won't need much more than a few charms and some boots that have cold resistance in order to be prepared.

If you can wear all of your equipment, then you should put all of your stat points into your vitality.

If this is the case, you'll need to equip a Spirit Monarch, which means you'll need 156 Strength total, including all of the additional stats from other equipment such as the Hellfire Torch and the Annihilus. If you believe that you require more mana, it is acceptable to spend some stats on Energy; however, you should be careful not to spend too many stats on it.

Mercenaries Helmets: Andariel's Visage, Tal Rasha's Horadric Crest, Vampire Gaze, and Crown of Thieves Armor: Fortitude (ElSolDolLo), Treachery (ShaelThulLem), and Gloom (FalUmPul).

Insight (RalTirTalSol on Polearm) is the name of the weapon.

You should always use Ethereal equipment on your mercenaries because the durability of the equipment they use never wears out. This is especially important if you want your mercenaries to have long careers.

You do not need to use Infinity on your mercenaries because you have Cold Mastery; therefore, you should equip Insight instead of using it on them. Your supply of mana will be equal to the levels 12-17 that Insight grants you in Meditation. Find yourself a reliable elite ethereal polearm to put your Insight to use with.

There are a number of options available for the helms and armors; however, Andariel's Visage and Fortitude should be your top priority at all times. It would be foolish to disregard the increased attack speed and life steal that come from Andariel's Visage, as well as the increased damage that comes from Fortitude. To compensate for the loss of 30 percent of your fire resistance, you will need to make a socket on Andariel's Visage so that you can put a Ral rune or a jewel that provides an additional 30 percent fire resistance and 15 percent attack speed in it.
