The new choices will include new hairstyles

In February, during BlizzConline WoTLK Gold, Blizzard said no further character customizations were to be announced until the game's next expansion. It's no longer the case, with new options now being offered as part of Shadowlands' 9.1.5 patch.

The new choices will include new hairstyles as well as colors, facial hair, skin colors hair, horns, accessories tail length, tattoos and more. The Void Elf will get an increase in ear size options, and there are plans for additional Druid traveling forms as well as Night Fae soulshapes as well.

"Our characters in the game are a virtual representation of the people we are in Azeroth and having more customization options to create our characters makes us feel closer to our characters." Blizzard writes in an official forum posting announcing the new options.

A greater variety of character creation options has long been a demand of cheap WoTLK Classic Gold WoW's players, which believes that WoW's character development tools aren't as well-developed contrasted with other modern MMOs. Shadowlands made big strides in bridging some of that gap.
