But despite the fact that you may be familiar with their names and may even have interacted with some of the people who follow them, you probably know very little else about them. 

What is known is that the Outer Gods are responsible for influencing many, if not all of the events that take place both during and before the main story of Elden Ring. This is the case because the Outer Gods are the ones who created Elden Ring. What exactly these formless beings are, how powerful they are, or even how many of them there are, none of these things are known for certain.

The Overriding Desire

It is highly likely that players will encounter this particular Outer God during the course of their playthrough, and Elden Ring Items PC is also the one about which we have the most information. The Frenzied Flame, like all of the other Outer Gods, does not have a physical form; instead, it communicates with the world through its followers and conduits. The conduit for the Frenzied Flame is an enigmatic entity known as the Three Fingers. It is a huge, monstrous hand with three fingers that lives deep within the earth and appears to be a direct parallel to the conduit for the Greater Will, which is called the Two Fingers.

In order to become the Lord and reduce the world to ash, the Tarnished must descend deep beneath Leyndell, the Royal Capital, into the sewers and find a stone vault that has been sealed off by those above and is covered in the charred remains of nomadic merchants. Only then can the Tarnished hope to become the Lord.

 

The Greater Will and the Frenzied Flame are two of the most important characters in the 

  • Although they are still putting their own pieces in place and exerting their will on the world behind the scenes, the other outer gods only have one or two vassals under their command and are only mentioned in passing

  • The Mother Without a Form Very little is known about the Mother Without a Form, other than the fact that she is also known as the "Mother of Truth" and that she has an insatiable appetite for blood and wounds



Her primary follower is Mohg, the Lord of Blood, a demi-god who also serves as an optional boss. When he stood before her (apparently deep below the earth), his cursed blood burst into flame. Mohg is an optional boss.

Because it appears that all blood magic draws its power from her, the Formless Mother is also sometimes referred to as The Blood Star. This is because of the fact that she seems to be the source of the power for all blood magic.
