Small than two months back I was scrolling twitter and came RS gold with a screenshot of both runescape 3 and I thought"wth is RuneScape now?" Installed it after thinking for like 5 minutes and tried it out with a fresh account. I must saythank god, I discovered my match I looked for. Started as a f2p then purchased the sub like 1 in. Quests got revamped, a great deal of things have changed. Sure there are a great deal of things that are beneficial and another lot that are awful. One of those being microtransactions, which how I view it, it is not even applicable, people who still plays this after so many years are maxed out. To me it isn't important if they are however since most of RuneScape game is rather single player, so that wipes any type of competition. I truly can't see where the"p2w" facet of the microtransaction system really gives you an advantage over people that has already pretty much got every single item in RuneScape game so that you won't be a"world first" for almost 99 percent of it.

You pay, you move faster, you do not pay, you move normally, but this paths' destination lead you to would be the exact same. To complete up this. Neither of them is better than the other one because they're completely different, sure very same title, same skilling system, etc.. However, the world, quests, combat and other things are entirely different. With all of this said. Try them out, either of them and if you see you are having fun, enjoy it while it lasts, and when you aren't, you log out and do something different. Cheers! This is my first long remark on reddit, my english isn't very good but I hope I wrote all of this correctly and it's clear. Not a native english speaker.

In Runescape 3 leveling up skills is a lot faster but there are far more skills in RuneScape game to level up. OSRS has older graphics whereas Runescape 3 has graphics. Technically Runescape 3 includes more content however OSRS is more of a sandbox whilst Runescape 3 nevertheless is, it has more linearity to it is content that is provided. Both matches have communities that are active as well. OSRS has no decorative microtransactions either. I would say study info on RuneScape games before you make your decision on which to commit too. OSRS is typically hailed as the match, but that's the collective opinions of everybody. You may really enjoy RS3 better but you also do you. It is up to you to see not or if you prefer RS3 more, although I suggest OSRS myself.

OSRS is an unbelievable game. There is a ton of content, the fighting is honestly astonishingly in depth at elevated levels for simple RuneScape game looks/seems on it's face. It's also fine because though gold is important and you can directly pay for to buy rs3 gold, the vast bulk of the things you are going to be working towards is essentially just getting better at RuneScape game and unlocking content via doing quests/beating bosses/etc. Your account has a bunch of nice little checkboxes that perks are offered by all, and about doing them, you need to go. Quests offer a tangible reward beyond just XP. There's also a lot of minigames which go beyond just questing or combat. RS3 tries to mimic some of it, but I think by modernizing it lost a lot of the charm of it, and it leans EXTREMELY intensely into the cash store.
