One week after debating which Elden Ring character may be the biggest "Chad," the game's dedicated Reddit fanbase has tackled another pressing matter: which character may be the "MOST PRECIOUS within the lands between!"

The conversation, going on Saturday by Reddit user Cirlo93, began having a collage of multiple characters from 2022's multi-time Game from the Year winner, along with a query which among them had dug their way deepest into the heats from the fanbase. The candidates included such entries as Miriel, Pastor of Vows — lovingly known through the community as The Turtle Pope, for self-evident reasons — and adorable snake lady Rya, in addition to Irina, Latenna, Smithing Master Hewg, and Spirit Jellyfish Ashes. But it was one character who had been omitted in the photo collage that got more love than other people.

"WHY ISN'T BOC HERE", the very best comment, from user rogue keychain, states, that the originator from the thread replied, seemingly in a state of shock, "Oh god I forgot boc!" That would be Boc the Seamster, the cowardly demihuman it will save you from being converted into a tree and who just requires a little positive reinforcement of their beauty.

And indeed, the overwhelming support for Boc was flowing on Saturday. Said user Through_Night from the seamster's omission in the collage, "Boc had been selected as Most Beautiful so he didn't wish to take away any more opportunities for other people to have the joy of winning," while x_Blackwine chimed in "Boc would damn it. He would also make everyone some great clothes for that award ceremony too." User JakUchiha proclaimed their fascination with Bok is strong that whenever inadvertently send him to his death within their first playthrough, they "Completely designed a new character to fix my mistakes."

While the love which was poured out for Boc continued and on, commenters were built with a wide variety of other favorite cozy characters, though few had enough consistent support to face out. The one who seems to have come in an exceedingly distant but distinct second place as Rya, whose wholesomeness and naivety have endeared her to players. "Giving the tarnished the woe talisman is a funny moment," user PeacefulOnion stated, "she's so innocent that they think she's helping when she's kind of a golden retriever happily giving his owner a live hand grenade.

Also creating a strong showing one of the community was the aptly named Jar-Bairn, the living jar from Jarburg, noted for adorably talking in sleep. "Not many games available where man-eating pot children who imagine murder are this cute and lovable," commented user BlueUnkonwn. "I prefer to imagine that he met Zoraya in the post-game travels, plus they became close friends."
