Kingpin Infamy Rank: To start manufacturing Gold Skull Rum, you need to Skull and Bones Items reach the Kingpin Infamy rank. This is the highest rank in the game, signifying that you've progressed significantly in your pirate career.
Helm Offices: Access to the Helm offices is crucial. These are located in Sainte-Anne or Telok Penjarah, where you manage your smuggling empire and oversee your operations.
**2. Upgrade Smuggler Operations:
Access Helm Empire Overview: Once you’re in the Helm office, navigate to the Helm Empire Overview screen.
Go to the Upgrades Tab: This tab allows you to manage and enhance various aspects of your empire.
