Locate the Compagnie Rammer Ships:
The Compagnie Royale uses Rammer Ships for their attacks. These ships might not always be visible, especially when sailing in open waters.
To draw them out, you need to create a diversion. Fire a cannonball at the Guerande outpost to initiate the plundering phase. This will alert the Rammer Ships in the vicinity to respond to the attack.
Engage the Rammer Ships:
Once the ships appear, use your Long Guns, Demi-Cannons, Mortars, and other available weaponry to engage them.
Most of these ships will be of a lower level (level one), so you should be able to take them down with relative ease. Destroying one or two Rammer Ships will usually complete the quest objectives.
Return to the Blacksmith:
After successfully taking out the Compagnie Rammer Ships, a prompt will direct you back to Thomas, the Blacksmith, at Saint Anne.
Report your success to him to receive your rewards.
