Its requirements are being underwhelmed, for by the crystal bow even in contrast to tier weapons. Old content is really hard to change but how about updating it by consuming a black bow. The bow that is Dark need an item sink & crystal needs a buff. (Consumes dark bow, shoots 2 arrows, but functions on a charge system such as the crystal ). It could have higher DPS then crystal bow but lower maximum hit then dim bow (So its not too OP in pvp). Both very low use. Because they come from precisely the line of OSRS gold quests makes sense. It could be an incredibly fun weapon (already gated by means of a gold sink) because of the way the crystal bow charge system functions. Possible Attachment to combined with the 2 weapons (new thought for a boss fall ).

I honestly am sick of the attachment that is unending here,. Compromise there, how about a permanent and balanced enthusiast? This weapon's accuracy is remarkable. Maybe we can bump the strength to a number, maybe 78 or even around 80lower than the strength of an abyssal whip, or to get a more relatable comparison, mithril bolts. So you would be hitting 5 tick rate (4 tick on fast ) with a significantly long ranged weapon with comparable damage output signal of an abyssal whip and exceeds that of mithril bolts. And degradable. And worth 700k on first purchase. I believe that is totally fair. Weapons do not necessarily need to be BiS, but useful.

Attachments makes it old content can be used while adding fresh content better than the old. Its a really good tool to keep items from hitting alch cost once an upgrade comes out. I really do think these items should be kept by them at minimum regardless. A few items truly do deserve a hike after they have been outside in the marketplace for some time, and not all items will need to be BiS, and I am not speaking specifically about the crystal bow (I think that it's useful as it is currently, esp for slayer or actions like castle wars) but I always like the conservative option, as few attributes as possible and don't overcommit.

I believe there are good things for boots I thought those were fantastic ideas for items that are long recognized like sigils for crystals and shields, but they aren't crucial to make some work. I argue this to your crystal and the Elder maul, two easy items that are smallish. I am keeping an eye on content like never before. But I keep my focus that people want buffed since I think that the reason players run to compromise with attachments and imbues because they want to strike a balance with some part of their 43, along with things is.

But I maintain that some items are buffable a little bit and retained balance without needing to have attachments that are new to them. It is perception that folks tend to have jittery about. Technically it is not that hard to generate a product that is balanced without having to make restrictions or cheap RuneScape gold compromises for it. I will say a job creating items that are balanced imo, during their history has been done by Jagex. I wish they would continue that trend in OSRS.
