Image of Phoenix Contact's Pluggable Terminal Blocks Pre-Printed with Numbered PositionsTo help prevent wiring errors in the field, Phoenix Contact's standard fixed and pluggable terminal blocks and connectors come pre-printed with the position locations numbered. These fixed and pluggable terminal blocks and connectors feature an industry-standard screw termination and can accept solid, stranded, or ferruled wires in sizes ranging from 28 AWG to 12 AWG. When wiring a connector or terminal block, it can be difficult to determine which wire goes in which position. By providing a permanent position indicator on the terminal blocks and connectors, it is much easier for an installer to determine where a wire needs to be terminated. The wire termination is easily accomplished with an industry-standard screw termination with no special tools are needed; a screwdriver of appropriate size is all that is necessary. Position sizes from 2 to 12 are available in either a 5.0 mm or 5.08 mm centerline spacing. Phoenix Contact terminal blocks and connectors are UL and CSA component recognized.
