The Intimidator badge has been nerfed to get NBA 2K21

There has to mt nba 2k21 be ways beyond evaluations to create players"feel" right. Without badges, players have evaluations and different physical attributes. So many players would feel the same if they left it up to differentiate gamers. How can you create PJ Tucker feel like PJ Tucker? He is not rated that highly along with his traits aren't good for a center. He is a protector. Input the intimidator badge. I agree that right now it is too OP since even out of position defenders can induce misses without playing excellent defense. But the only way to prevent PJ Tucker from getting scored on just for being brief is to add badges.

You fake help defense to get the ball handler to make a decision tho that is terrible not to change the shooter, you are only trying to make them pick their dribble up early and create a pass or shot. Bright players will not bite on that. Since there's not any counterplay to it, intimidator is a mechanic that is lousy, it merely nerfs the place around the rim.

I think of the things that would push towards realism, intimidator is a poor choice. Obviously I think that it is logical that other players should intimidate but what 2k did with the badge would be also in theory, allow a situation where there goes a massive mismatch in favour of the smaller man. When you introduce a badge like it ruins the integrity of its point because of everyone, instead of only centers, using it.
