Diablo 4 is currently in development for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. At the moment of publishing, there's been no word of Diablo Gold a release date, or any vents. Items, which were introduced in Diablo 3, were. Apparently, a lot of players were not the fans of these Ancient items, seeing them. So, Blizzard is axing them for Diablo 4 and then replacing them with something else completely.

We don't know the title of this replacement, but Blizzard has stated that it will be a consumable item that can let players apply Legendary affixes to buy Diablo 4 Gold itemsmaking their everyday items all the stronger. However, these consumables will probably be unbelievably rare; so rare that they'll only fall in"the late endgame."
