There are many issues with it that are not addressed, from the rule changes that were made to RuneScape Gold make it more sellable (RWT!) This is the thing that most people oppose. It also has little to do with game (RWT!).
A real-world marketing budget would address the issues I raised. It would also (hopefully), attract a new group of players, return former players, and allow them to see "that's how it's like now." This could solve the guaranteed monthly cash flow problems. Print, television and game store advertising worldwide will not be cheap, but.
It's possible that this is because of a limited budget, the need to fix the game/bots prior to moving on, or the cba's decision to spend the money. I prefer to limit the SOF to free spins and then invest in marketing. Although there is no limit to how much you can earn out of the relative few who play but there's still plenty of opportunities for money if you can tell them where to search.
I'm not happy with the way that the wilderness will either be all single or all multicombat. All skillers can go to single. This would leave the multicombat zones empty, except perhaps for a few large clans that spend hours searching for each other. It is okay in the current state. Yes. Right now the wilderness is bad, this will make it more difficult. It doesn't make sense to travel to multi combat worlds if you do not possess the appropriate skills.
The wilderness was akin to a food network at its highest level of Buy OSRS Fire Cape activity. Single person pkers and trainers were hunted by unorganized, small multi-player groups (teams), small organized clans hunted the teams, and larger organized clans hunted the smaller clans as well as each other.
