Is it right to stop using iron arrows at all? I have 44 range, I use a yew with rs 3 gold iron arrows, and all of my "buddies", tell me to use steel arrows for addy. But, I have lots of iron arrows and I can only flytch ironarrows at the moment. The ancients believed that... I would not fire long-range shots. Rapid firing is more effective than accurate. I would suggest speedy. Well, dragon slayer is all up to you. Would you mind going back to being mainly warrior? Are hitpoints considered to be a warrior thing? I thought it was 'nuetral which means it's not 'warrior' "range" or "mage".
I'm not sure what to do about iron arrows. That is contingent on the amount you own. As you are not able to purchase your arrows constantly I would suggest you boost your fletching. I guess you could switch to at least steel at about 50-60? I'm 70 years old and still use steel arrows. I don't think that mithril or addy arrows are a necessity.
Also, I suggest the "Animal Magnetism” quest. The backpack you get which stores steel arrows once you have reached 50 range. However, you should wait until your range reaches 50 to do the quest. It isn't a huge deal, as you already have iron bows. The backpack just collects arrows as you move around.
As you may have seen that this is my first blog post on this forum. I have played Runescape for a number of years. It took me long enough for me to appreciate the pleasure of wandering around in the wild selling noobs bronze swords for $3,000.
But, as I am sure many of you know the runescape game has completely changed and has become extremely restricted. I'm referring to inferno cape osrs the changes on the 10th of December Wilderness, Bounty Hunter and 2nd January's Unbalanced trade.
