Campus Legend is a limited-time feature that players who are new might consider trying. It takes its name from the NCAA Football single player career model of the past. Beginning on Aug. 31 to Sept. 27, this iteration will focus on using college all-star teams of current and former NFL professionals to unlock Madden Ultimate Team players.
EA declares that Campus Legend has been added to the arcade-quickplay Superstar KO modes, resulting in a 600% increase in engagement. This means that between August 2020 and 2021, Madden 21 had seven times as many players or instances of Superstar KO use.
EA has also conducted informal polling of Madden players via data collection. The result is that they now know for instance, that the Titans acquisition of Julio Jones (and maybe the NFL's loose number rules) have resulted in Madden players almost doubling their usage of the Tennessee franchise.
Either that or the Titans are now sporting more than double the number of fans that they had in the previous year. This has brought the Titans to cheap Madden 22 coins be the second most-used team after the Lamar Jackson-led Baltimore Ravens. The Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears have also more than doubled their use as a team (the Jaguars have almost tripled it) thanks to their selection of Trevor Lawrence and Justin Fields and Justin Fields, respectively.
