Any adjustments to the inventory I need?

What's the easiest way for me to RuneScape gold make money? I realize that there is, and am well aware of the occurrence of a money-making thread. However, I am unsure that's the best way. I have about 1m money to spend. Also, what is better?

Okay, I'm wandering if I have what it takes to beat TzTok-Jad. I'm aware that my stats are somewhat low, but remain with me. With no food/brews and no prayer potions/super restores or any boosts/stat restoring things, I got to tide 20. Judging from this, could I conquer JAD? I'm considering a list along the lines of the: 1 Ranging Potion, 10 Brews and 16 Super Restores, 50 Diamond Bolts (e) to assist with Jad.

Any adjustments to the inventory I need? And here is what I'm wearing: (Yes, it stinks. . .but has a decent prayer bonus. . .and all defensive stats are 100+) Neit Helm. Any anything you think I should possess besides that? No Barrows armour! Thank you Ahead of Time!What would be good equipment to use? Should I concentrate on strenght or about prayer bonus? And also, what's a simple way to make money? I mean the way of spending hardly any time on it and still making some profit.
