Iron arrows fall off quite frequently so OSRS gold it's pretty much free training. Around the age of 40-ish, train with Hill Giants until 50. After 50, you can go back for the flesh-crawlers in that south-east corner room. You will be able to spot them in the square at the closest door to the wall. This is the case for both doors. (You can easily get 75 Str/Range with flesh crawlers.)
If you're in need of food Go to World 1 where people power fishing, offering free trout/salmon. Magic: Study the mage dumbies until they stop you from doing so. Then you will have the magic level necessary for a few curses. You can cast these curse spells on the Zamorak monk in Varrock Castle. Varrock Castle, which is located behind the stairs.
Once you have reached the threshold ( I think it's 25, I believe it is) use Curse against the Zamorak monk. Once the level is achieved, you can also superheat (really speedy xp), and break even if you build the steel bar) or high alch. You can leave prayer to itself, but limit your attack to 40 (45 if you get the gravite 2h).
The glacors drop three expensive sets boots. I'm guessing they're 8M, 15M , and 22M. They're dropped, on average (from what I've heard I'm sure you can correct me If I'm not right) approximately every 500 to 1000 kills. Glacors are not the quickest thing to kill (albeit they're not the slowest by far).
If we assume that, Glacors are dropping around. 15M every 500 kills. I'm saying 500 because there are also other drops (notably shreds) which is why this allows in calculating such drops. Items dropped by Barrows are, on average, 1:15 iirc. These items range from 50K to 1.7M currently. A lot of them are at the 1M mark , and below some are even above 1M. Let's say 1M for every 15 minutes - this is a good estimate for runes, and similar items and also. Barrows is cheap and you'll get plenty of runes from death and buy rs 3 gold blood in case you use Polypore (which you must).
