First of all, what is your runescape name? Neither of RS gold the ones that you've given work on the highscores, and it would be quite wonderful to view your stats before giving hints. However, have you ever considered placing more balanced goals, like acheivement diaries? I am currently considerign gunning for the improved excalibur. With almost none of those"challenging" levels demanded, I've calculated it might take around 5M if I'm blessed to level these abilities.

However, it is a nice goal and the payoff is far more than some nice skillcape-I mean, really, with a skill like woodcutting it is simply not that great for cash or anything! Though runecrafting would make a lot of cash, it is terribly tedious for 99 (or so I'd assume). Wouldn't it be much sensible simply to decide on a profitable goal, such as 91, to get that and only casually earn money with it instead? Combat 99s for you don't seem particularly appropriate either, with the exception of your"banked" prayer 99. If you discover levelling battle dull, I can not imagine you enjoying heading for a skillcape. I wouldn't worry about your combat level, unless maybe you are seeking to do a few particular quests requiring 85 or even 100 combat? Just do whatever seems fun for you. It's just that I can't envision any of your options being that pleasure given your description of yourself.
